Facilities

Towering hardwoods and softwoods, rolling terrain, spring-fed lakes and streams, beautiful vistas…this is a great place to unplug from life, have fun, and connect with God and friends all within the beauty of God’s magnificent creation!

Hopewell Hall is our signature facility.  Nestled beside a pine grove, the newly constructed building is heated and air conditioned for year-round use and offers a spacious setting for any type of gathering.  The dining area features a cathedral ceiling with chandelier lighting for an open and airy atmosphere.  The large stone fireplace is centered between ceiling length windows providing an attractive focal point for the room and a picturesque view of the outdoors.  It has a seating capacity of 260 people and is equipped with a state of the art sound and video system for movie or power point presentations.

Hopewell Hall also has a meeting room with a capacity of 90 people that can be divided into two rooms to suit the needs of our guests.  The gift shop offers apparel and keepsakes to remember your special time on our grounds.

Delaware Lodge is a one level building with a full length front deck facing Hopewell Hall, Mingo Lodge, and our scenic valley.  This heated facility has six separate dorm style rooms with four full restroom facilities and a total capacity of 77.  The Commons meeting room seats up
to 50 people.  Delaware Lodge makes an excellent place
for housing overnight guests for your camp, retreat, or special event.

Mingo Lodge is a small, cozy lodge nestled beside Hopewell Hall offering an intimate atmosphere for small groups up to 10 people.  This heated facility has a fully equipped kitchen, seating area, five sleeping rooms, and two separate restroom facilities.  The front porch overlooking Memorial Lake adds to the peaceful setting.  A small campfire ring is also available off the front porch.

The Cabins.  If you enjoy a natural, rustic, outdoor experience, our cabins are placed in the woodlands of our hills and are within walking distance to Hopewell Hall.  They are a non-heated, one-room style with bunk beds.  Restroom facilities are available at our Shower House.

Our Chapel provides seasonal meeting space with a seating capacity of 70.  This non-heated, A-frame building provides a lot of rustic charm.  If you prefer to worship outdoors, we have several campfire sites and the following options……….

Our peaceful and serene Quiet Hour Ledge, a small outdoor auditorium, features rustic wooden benches overlooking Memorial Lake and the valley below.

For a more secluded experience, we encourage you to hike up to Vesper Hill.  This location features a large Cross which can be used as an altar along with a picturesque vista of the surrounding countryside.  This place is spiritually significant to many.  Over the years, the Holy Spirit has prompted many campers and guests to make life-changing commitments to the Lord and the work of His kingdom.
